Aeotec Heavy Duty Switch är en kraftig strömbrytare för belastningar på upp till 40A (9600W). Vilket gör att den kan användas till att styra saker som varmvattenberedare, elradiatorer, tvättmaskiner med mer. Strömbrytaren kommunicerar via Z-Wave och behöver därför en hub med Z-Wave stöd för att fungera. Kopplad till en hub gör strömbrytaren det möjligt att styra t.ex en varmvattenberedare på distans och se förbrukningen.
